Greetings all,

I am Terry, I do not have a case opened on my or anything for that matter, however my fiance has. When she first began to tell me her story at first I was like huh? Ok, what are you NOT telling me? See, my fiance had her 4 kids ripped away from her, and then then the siblings separated again three ways. Here case was based completely on slander and hearsay, She was never tried, charged with any crimes but they still took her children from her. As she told the story several times to me I began to research her case. I was appalled and disgusted on what happened in her and her children. The stories of her children asking to come home to their mother, the kids and my fiance breaking down crying hysterically when any visitation was ending. These kids clearly needed their mother and each other.

At first I was like her case was just a chaotic mess and some how slipped through the legal fingers, because I being a political activist in the past have a pretty good understanding of the constitution and knew just by her telling me her story that a few civil rights have been violated which thus began my quest that eventually landed me with Our Children Have a Voice --- I really just thought somehow my fiance's case just slipped through the cracks... As I have come to realize that this practice was far more normal then I could have ever imagined.

So not only am I fighting for my fiance and her kids's rights, I decided to help make the changes to prevent this from happening and this is why I am here to help reform the laws and get my fiance's family restored!
