Bill Bowen's documentary on the children who are murdered in foster care, those that are abused, and those who "runaway." Sadly Bill Bowen passed away (in what is considered by many to be a murder and cover up similar to that of Georgia Senator Nancy Schaefer's death and her husbands') before his documentary could be completed. When I spoke with him shortly before his passing he had told me that they had several people who kept coming forward to speak out and that he finally had to agree to do a second full length documentary. Pay attention to this film when he talks about the transcripts that he personally reviewed and how many errors there were. Court transcripts often times do not match the audio recordings and in juvenile court in Utah with no timers or video recordings if testimonies hurt the state they can delete them and say that there was an error with the recording.
