It is proposed
1) That each state involved in the class action movement should issue a public notice of our intent to sue, published in all appropriate public forums available incuding media resources. We should issue all notices on the same day. I am suggesting next Tuesday.
2) That we issue the notice on behalf of all present claimants, and all potential victims to include: Each and every person who within the statute of limitations, has had any involvement in any government case related to family law.
3) That upon filing, we request discovery of the identity each and every potential victim, or at least request notification to them of this action and the class action survey.
4) That the survey determine if potential victims have any claim to any damages related to our federal list of relevant claims, whether those claims have been previously adjudicated, whether the claims fall within statutory limitations, and what jurisdictional and demographic boundaries the claim falls under.
5) That upon establishing the non-profit fund, we request donations for developing a statistical database and repository for all claim information and documentation.
By the end of this weekend, there will be included in the ochv forum under statutes and case law, a forum category for every relevant federal cause for action. Please provide your input on whether these should be made public or private to those included in the class action. Please provide all relevant case law and statures you can find.
